I actually want to go to cardio. What the hell is wrong with me?
I get to leave early from work today, and I’ll get to go back to the gym and get in a good cardio session.
So this is what I’m going to follow for the near future
Monday: AM- Chest, PM- Cardio
Tuesday: AM-Back/Bi’s, PM Cardio
Wednesday: AM- Cardio Only
Thursday: AM- Legs/Tri’s, PM- Cardio
Friday: AM- Shoulders, PM- Cardio
Saturday: AM- Bi’s/Tri’s
Sunday: Cardio Only
These PM cardio sessions will mainly consist of walking, except for Wednesday and Sunday (both will be runs)
So I went back to the gym tonight… decided to do some cardio and abs.
I jumped on the stationary for 30 minutes, and then did abs after.
So yeah…. not too much to this post. Kinda boring I guess. But hey, cardio is boring. But it has to be done.

I just got back from the gym, did 40 minutes of cardio. Split it up between treadmill (25 mins/2.5 miles) and stationary bike (15 minutes/3.5 miles). It was really cold outside and I wasn’t prepared to run outside.
This is probably the most motivated I have been in a while. Maybe it is because I am documenting everything I do just about every day…. I don’t know, but whatever it is, it’s workin!!
