Obviously fresh is going to be the best. But when it comes to frozen or canned, should I go with frozen or canned if I had a choice?
Trying to get some more veggies in my diet any way possible. What do you guys think?

“Somewhat Healthy” ice cream sandwiches that I made tonight. Two chocolate graham crackers with low fat cool whip. Throw these bad boys in the freezer for an hour or so. SO GOOD

Need to pick up some almond milk so I can make my protein pancakes this weekend!
This is what I’ll be using:
4 egg whites
2 eggs
1 cup oats
1TBS honey
1 banana
2 teaspoons peanut butter
2 scoops of whey protein (chocolate or vanilla)
half cup of unsweetened almond milk
BLEND AND GO
makes around 12 pancakes
