Ok Tumblr… quick question regarding veggies.
Obviously fresh is going to be the best. But when it comes to frozen or canned, should I go with frozen or canned if I had a choice?
Trying to get some more veggies in my diet any way possible. What do you guys think?

Need to pick up some almond milk so I can make my protein pancakes this weekend!
This is what I’ll be using:
4 egg whites
1 cup oats
2 teaspoons peanut butter
2 scoops of whey protein (chocolate or vanilla)
half cup of unsweetened almond milk
BLEND AND GO
makes around 12 pancakes
