So I started the new Bizzy Diet and Training that has recently been posted on Bodybuilding.com. These workouts are crazy! Just did the first day yesterday, and I’m about to head to the gym to do workout number two.
Yesterday was an upper body circuit day. Start off with 20 mins of HIIT, then go into the following circuit:
- 20 reps flat bench
- 20 reps one arm DB row
- 20 reps DB military press
- 20 reps DB curls
- 20 reps DB kick backs
(do this circuit two times without rest)
After the circuit, you go back to cardio and do 5 mins of low intensity cardio, and 5 mins of high intensity cardio
Then repeat the circuit another two times.
My shirt was drenched after this workout! Today I have the lower body circuit
