Sitting here, trying to get the motivation to head out for a 3+ mile run. Haven’t ran longer than 2.5 in a LONG time.
I’ve been feeling a little complacent with my current training regimen. I feel like I have plateaued hardcore. So here is the new plan….. RUN MORE
I for sure want to do another 5k, in like the next 2 weeks. Then there is an 8k in October that I might run, and a 10k in November that my company is sponsoring, so I’ll run that for free.
Let the training begin!
