Ok Tumblr… quick question regarding veggies.
Obviously fresh is going to be the best. But when it comes to frozen or canned, should I go with frozen or canned if I had a choice?
Trying to get some more veggies in my diet any way possible. What do you guys think?

It’s meal-prep Monday for me. Just made some turkey burgers are ground rice to last me a couple of days
Ever since I hurt my knee (I think it’s runner’s knee, self diagnosed ha), I’ve actually gained this renewed focus on my lifting, and I’m loving it!
I haven’t been able to do legs at all this week, (hopefully will be able to start next week or the week after). but I’ve been hitting everything else hard as FUARK. I hit shoulders today harder than I ever have before.
I’m really thinking I will try and take advantage of this renewed focus, and see what I can do with it. I really want to get my diet under control. I feel if I can dial that in, then I will see awesome gains. I’ve also tweaked my schedule a little, which is giving me a little extra time in the gym on some days, and allowing me to hit cardio on some other days.
My ultimate goal is to be able to compete one day. But I need to take baby steps in order to achieve that goal. And it starts now.
When I go to the store this weekend, I’m really going to concentrate preparing my meals for the entire week. Let’s see how this goes.

Starting my new year off right. Taking a page out of @averagefitnessfreak’s book, and making some oats and eggs together. So good! 3 whole eggs 1/2 cup oats Scrambled together
My wife cooked me dinner tonight! Grilled chicken with red peppers and orzo. It was awesome!
