So apparently I have runner’s knee, and it is painful as shit! I’ll be taking a couple of weeks off from running to see if it gets any better (I’m sure it will). And in the mean time, I guess I’ll just be lifting (but I’m going to have to neglect legs for a few weeks, which sucks)
Oh well, gotta push through it!

I need to start looking for new places to run. I’m starting to get bored going to the same places on every run. I think I’ll drive to my old gym and just run in the neighborhood behind it for a change of scenery.
31 mins! I know it’s slow, but I am a slow runner. I’m making strides though (pun intended?)! My previous PR was 33 mins from last April. I’m trying to get sub 30 mins by mid March. Doable?

Sitting here, trying to get the motivation to head out for a 3+ mile run. Haven’t ran longer than 2.5 in a LONG time.
